To forgive others is hard to do, especially when someone has hurt us in ways that are unspeakable. Your bush description rings so true with our own lives. Yet those pruned bushes look so lovely and healthy compared to the ones that weren't pruned. I know. I have unpruned bushes that look so ugly.
